Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of BudgetLife: Money Tracker (the "App"), provided by GPCOMPANY LTD ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
1. Purpose of the App
BudgetLife provides tools for recording income and expenses, organizing transactions, creating budgets, reviewing statistics, and converting currencies. The App is intended strictly for personal organization and informational purposes.
2. Not Financial Advice
The App does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, credit, or legal advice. Statistics, budgets, balances, and currency conversions are estimates based on information entered by you and data supplied by third-party services. You remain solely responsible for your financial decisions and should consult a qualified professional before making significant financial choices.
3. Eligibility and Your Responsibilities
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use this App.
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy and completeness of the information you enter into the App.
- Protecting access to your device and maintaining any backups you require.
- Using the App lawfully and not interfering with its operation or attempting to reverse-engineer it.
4. Data and Availability
App data is primarily stored locally on your device. Data may be permanently lost if you delete records, clear the App's storage, uninstall the App, lose access to your device, or experience a device or software failure.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the App, online services, exchange-rate APIs, Firebase services, or remotely displayed websites.
5. Third-Party Services
The App may rely on third-party services, including but not limited to Google Firebase, the Frankfurter exchange-rate API, Android system services, and websites displayed in an in-app browser. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Their availability, accuracy, and security are outside our control, and we assume no responsibility for them.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, its source code, design, branding, and original content are owned by or licensed to GPCOMPANY LTD. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended personal purpose.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall GPCOMPANY LTD be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to financial losses, lost data, or failures of third-party services resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
8. Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to update the App or these Terms, add or remove features, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. You may terminate this agreement at any time by stopping your use of the App and uninstalling it.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [COUNTRY OF REGISTRATION, e.g., England and Wales / Republic of Cyprus], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Nothing in these Terms shall prejudice your mandatory consumer-protection rights under the laws of your country of residence.
